Chase Partners secures L.A. office investment
Toyota recently vacated space as anchor tenant
By Inman News, Wednesday, August 8, 2007.Chase Partners Ltd. this week announced it paid more than $43 million for a 250,000-square-foot office property in Torrance, Calif.
The class A building, Hamilton Place, is located at 20101 Hamilton Ave. Designed in the shape of a diamond, Hamilton Place includes an interior courtyard and a raised-floor computer room.
Although Toyota Motors recently vacated the three-story building in which it occupied the majority of space, Applied Signal Technologies has already signed to relocate to the facility for a long-term commitment, according to a press statement.
Alliance Commercial Partners sold the property, whose common areas are currently being upgraded by the new owner.
