LLC lands Opus Plaza

Opus Plaza, a 62,129-square-foot office building in Littleton, Colo., has been purchased by a limited liability company for $10.4 million.

The property is located in the Ken Caryl Business Center at 7810 Shaffer Parkway on approximately 5.6 acres. The single-story, precast concrete and glass property was constructed in 2002, and includes lockers, showers, a mailroom and bike racks.

GREIT - Opus Plaza at Ken Caryl LLC sold the facility to On Dow Avenue Partners LLC at full occupancy. Tenants at the time of sale included Siemens Building Technologies Inc., American Innovations (AI Bass-Trigon Ltd.), Business Controls Inc. and Colorado Natural Gas Inc.
