$22 million center sells near San Francisco
Brand-new retail located in East Bay region
By Inman News, Tuesday, September 25, 2007.The developer of the Lone Tree Landing Shopping Center in Antioch, Calif., today announced it has completed the sale of the five-building asset.
The unidentified seller unloaded the property on a private investor, who paid more than $22 million for the complex.
The property, located at the northeast corner of Lone Tree Way and Hillcrest Avenue, totals 41,871 square feet and is spread over 5.4 acres.
At the time of sale, major tenants in the project included Bank of the West, Saxby's Coffee, Qin's Bistro, Cocina Medina, Mountain Mike's Pizza, Nor-Cal Financial Services, Ohana Hawaiian Barbecue, Wetzel's Pretzels, Quizno's, Wings to Go and Andersen Bakery.
