Parkside Village sold
Out-of-state buyer named in apartment deal
By Inman News, Tuesday, September 25, 2007.Parkside Village, a 136-unit luxury multifamily community located in Clayton, N.C., recently sold to an Atlanta-based real estate investment company for approximately $11.7 million.
JMG Realty Inc. purchased the property free and clear of debt from a partnership comprising EYC Cos. and K & S Realty Ventures.
Parkside Village is situated on 12 acres at 950 Parkside Village Drive, southeast of downtown Raleigh in Clayton.
Completed in 2000, the property has one-, two- and three-bedroom units averaging 1,136 square feet each. Community amenities include a clubhouse with business and fitness centers, a swimming pool, a volleyball court and detached garages.
