In the first deal, Gee-Aspora LLC sold the Alameda Technology Center in Alameda, which is located at 1275 Harbor Bay Parkway. The buyer, Ellis Partners, acquired the three-building, 70,070-square-foot research and development project for an undisclosed price. In the second transaction, a private investor purchased a 75,000-square-foot industrial building in Bakersfield for a price of approximately $5.4 million. The property, located at 2201 E.
