STAG Capital lands warehouses

STAG Capital Partners added more space to its portfolio this week with the purchase of two warehouse facilities totaling 169,000 square feet in Elkhart, Ind.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

The deal is part of a sale-leaseback transaction with the seller, Siemens VDO, a supplier of automotive electronics equipment.
