Developer gains control of Oklahoma City portfolio
Acquisition involves more than a dozen buildings
By Inman News, Tuesday, October 30, 2007.A local, private development and property management firm has purchased a 15-property industrial portfolio in Oklahoma City, Okla., for an undisclosed price.
The seller's identity was also undisclosed.
The portfolio totals approximately 513,116 square feet, had an average occupancy of 95 percent at closing, and includes mostly single-tenant, shallow-bay industrial buildings located throughout the city.
