$30M Santa Barbara County apartment deal

A Northern California multifamily investor has purchased the Country Oaks Apartments located in the state's central coast region for a price of nearly $30.3 million.

The 208-unit apartment complex is located in Santa Maria, approximately 75 miles northwest of Santa Barbara.

Kennedy Wilson Multifamily Management Group sold the 156,590-square-foot property, which is located at 33 East Enos Drive on a 10-acre lot, at a value of approximately $145,433 per unit.

Property amenities include a fitness center, heated pool and spa, laundry facilities, 24-hour emergency maintenance, and covered parking.
