Cedar buys New England retail center
Price per square foot at $173
By Inman News, Monday, November 26, 2007.Cedar Shopping Centers Inc., a real estate investment trust, recently paid more than $17.6 million for a large retail plaza in Webster, Mass.
The property, Price Chopper Plaza, totals 102,000 square feet and is conveniently located close to the town center at the intersection of I-395 and Route 12.
The seller's identity was not disclosed.
At the time of sale, tenants at the property included Price Chopper Supermarket, Fashion Bug, Papa Ginos, D'Angelo's, and a freestanding CVS and Burger King.
