Hines fund buys West L.A. high-rise
Vacancy rate low at closing
By Inman News, Tuesday, November 20, 2007.Hines U.S. Office Value Added Fund II L.P. on Monday announced it paid an undisclosed amount to acquire a 19-story office building in West Los Angeles.
The 350,000-square-foot building, sold by an unidentified entity, is located at 12100 Wilshire Blvd. in the Brentwood submarket. Completed in 1985, the property features outdoor balconies on the top two floors.
At the time of sale, 12100 Wilshire was more than 90 percent leased to tenants that included Baker Hostettler, SOA, RE/MAX and Regent Business Systems.
