South Florida business parks purchased

The Tamarac and McNab business parks in Tamarac, Fla., have sold to a fund managed by Morgan Stanley for an undisclosed price.

The multitenant industrial parks total 218,280 square feet and were previously owned by a locally based private partnership.

Tamarac Business Park is located at 6250-6320 North Hiatus Road, and McNab Business Park is located at 10300-10458 McNab Road; both are located west of downtown Fort Lauderdale. Tamarac Business Park consists of three buildings built between 2005 and 2006 and has a total of 116,760 square feet. McNabb Business Park is comprised of four buildings totaling 101,520 square feet built between 2002 and 2004.

According to a press statement, the Tamarac and McNab properties had a combined occupancy of 95 percent at the time of sale.
