L.A. multifamily sale hits $11M

Bayview Apartments, a 108-unit community in Wilmington, Calif., has been purchased by an unidentified buyer for nearly $11.2 million.

Located at 606-638 Bayview Ave., the 62,850-square foot apartment community consists of two 54-unit, three-story buildings situated on 1.6 acres, separated by an open parking area with 121 spaces. The property features studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units with multiple floor plans.

The sales price represents $103,241 per unit.
