STAG Capital buys more office space

STAG Capital Partners continues to grow its office holdings with the recent purchase of a 148,131-square-foot building in Sergeant Bluff, Iowa.

Neither the seller's identity nor the sales price was disclosed.

The building is situated on 13.7 acres of land at 102 Sergeant Square Drive, and was fully leased at the time of sale to Stream International, a provider of outsourced customer and technical support services.
