$8 million L.A. deal
Property a mix of retail, residential space
By Inman News, Friday, November 2, 2007.A 6,720-square-foot retail building in Los Angeles has sold for $8 million, brokerage Charles Dunn Co. announced today.
The property, located at 150 N. Larchmont Blvd. comprises "three retail units on the ground floor, as well as four apartment units on the second floor," according to a press statement.
Eilenberg Family Trust sold the property to 123 Larchmont Village Partners LLC fully leased, with the retail units occupied at the time of sale by Koontz Hardware and Sam's Bagels.
