STAG Capital lands Ohio portfolio
Picks up 272,000 square feet in industrial properties
By Inman News, Tuesday, December 4, 2007.STAG Capital Partners has purchased a total of 272,000 square feet of warehouse and distribution facilities in Boardman, Ohio, the company said today.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
The two properties situated adjacent to one another range in size from 95,000 to 177,000 square feet and are fully occupied by AFG Glass, Graef Window, Poma Investments and American Church.
Brian Lehner of Realty Solutions, LLC brokered the transaction for the seller, Poma Investments, Inc., and Eric Cooper of Southpace properties represented STAG.
STAG Capital Partners acquires single-tenant, net leased properties via third-party transactions and corporate sale-leasebacks to add to its existing portfolio of real estate assets. The company also operates a series of funds on behalf of certain institutional partners.
