Kentucky retail center sold
22,414-square-foot center located in northern part of state
By Inman News, Wednesday, December 5, 2007.Grubb & Ellis/West Shell Commercial on Monday announced the sale of Mt. Zion Crossing, a retail center in Florence, Ky.
The 22,414-square-foot retail center was sold by Berberich Family Enterprises LTD for $3.4 million to Sun Life Assurance of Canada.
The neighborhood retail center is anchored by a Kroger grocery store and other tenants include Kroger Liquors, Great Clips, Allstate Insurance and Rib Shack.
Christopher Prosser, senior sales vice president and Jeff Johnston, CPA, senior sales vice president of Grubb & Ellis/West Shell Commercial represented the seller.
