Judge dismisses antitrust complaint against Realcomp MLS 

An administrative law judge today dismissed a complaint filed by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission, which charged that a Detroit-area multiple listing service, Realcomp II, illegally restricted competition by failing to share information about a category of properties with some public Web sites.
