Pa. shopping center sells to developer
Redevelopment likely
By Inman News, Friday, December 14, 2007.Phillips Edison & Co. recently paid an undisclosed amount in the acquisition of Airport Village Shopping Center in Pottstown, Pa.
The property is a 70,730-square-foot community shopping center anchored by Rite Aid at the time of sale.
According to a press statement, "this center will provide upside potential through the redevelopment and leasing of the vacant units."
