Paragon purchases Arizona retail center
Picks up 372,000 square feet in Mesa
By Inman News, Friday, December 7, 2007.Paragon Management Co. has acquired Santa Fe Square shopping center, a neighborhood retail center in Mesa, Ariz., for an undisclosed amount.
Santa Fe Square is a 372,000-square-foot shopping center located at the northwest corner of Southern Avenue and Gilbert Road, one mile north of US-60 in Mesa.
The intersection consists of 700,000 square feet of retail space and is the first power intersection east of Fiesta Mall.
Santa Fe Square is shadow anchored by a Target store and is currently occupied by 39 tenants including H&R Block, Jo-Ann Stores, Allstate, and Farmers Insurance.
Paragon said it has already entered lease agreements with Pure Fitness for the 30,000 square-foot corner anchor space, AutoZone and Tesco's Fresh & Easy.
