Massive Illinois industrial sale
Out-of-state logistics co. picks up warehouse space
By Inman News, Monday, January 21, 2008.A Tennessee-based logistics company has purchased a brand-new, 540,000-square-foot industrial complex in Edwardsville, Ill., for an undisclosed price.
Ozburn-Hessey Logistics (OHL) plans to use the facility for its warehouse and distribution operations. The company already has several large industrial buildings in the St. Louis Metro East submarket.
The property, located at 3965 Lakeview Corporate Drive, features concrete tilt-up construction, 32-foot clear ceiling heights, abundant trailer and auto parking, and an Early Suppression, Fast Response sprinkler system.
Panattoni, a Sacramento, Calif.-based private real estate company, sold the property.
