Phillips Edison buys Hermiston Plaza

Phillips Edison & Co., a retail real estate owner and developer, on Tuesday announced the purchase of a large shopping center in Hermiston, Ore.

Hermiston Plaza is a 150,396-square-foot center anchored by Safeway.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

According to a press statement, this is the company's third shopping center purchase in the state of Oregon in the last 12 months.
