Virginia Beach furniture store sold

A limited liability company has sold the Bloom Brothers Furniture Store in Virginia Beach, Va., to an investor for approximately $7.5 million.

The store, traded from M.T.C. Holdings LLC to Winner's Real Estate Holdings, comprises 51,000 square feet.

Brokerage Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations of the asset, which is located at 5070 Virginia Beach Blvd.
