Hampton North asset sold

Hampton North LLC recently paid $5.1 million for a class A office building in Hampton, Va.

The property, Hampton North II, is located at 303 Butler Farm Road and is situated on 6.8 acres.

81st Partnership LP sold the 67,749-square-foot property at an undisclosed occupancy.

Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations, according to a press statement.
