L.A. apartments sell to Prime Group
Per-unit price just under $175K
By Inman News, Friday, January 25, 2008.Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of Woodley Apartments, an 85-unit multifamily community in North Hills, Calif., for a price of nearly $14.9 million.
The sales price represents $174,706 per unit.
The Prime Group purchased the asset from an unidentified seller.
Located at 10139 Woodley Ave., the 116,680-square-foot, two-story apartment community is situated on a 2.7-acre lot. Woodley Apartments features one- and two-bedroom units. Community amenities include a swimming pool and patio area, two laundry facilities, secure entry and a landscaped courtyard.
