Apartment sale closes in Portland suburb

A limited liability company recently sold a 93-unit apartment building in Milwaukie, Ore., for a price of $7.6 million.

Pointe West Apartment LLC traded the asset to a representative of a personal living trust in Northern California.

The property, Pointe West, is located at 11556 SE Fuller Road, with direct access to Interstate 205 and Highways 99E and 224.

The asset's occupancy rate was not disclosed.
