ODW's SoCal warehouse lease renewed

ODW Logistics Inc. has signed a long-term lease for a 300,000-square-foot warehouse it currently occupies in Chino, Calif.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

The tenant, which provides logistics and transportation services for Pioneer Electronics, Edwards Lifesciences and Broan NuTone, re-leased the space at 13725 Pipeline Ave. because the location allows ODW to effectively service its clients throughout Southern California, according to a press statement.

Majestic Realty owns the building.
