Hallmark Services to relocate headquarters
Signs lease for year-end occupancy
By Inman News, Thursday, February 7, 2008.Health insurance administrator Hallmark Services Corp. today announced it has signed a long-term lease for headquarters space and call center operations in Naperville, Ill., for an undisclosed price.
Hallmark Services, which administers BlueCross BlueShield in Illinois, New Mexico and Texas, expects to occupy the 256,766-square-foot space by the end of 2008.
The space, owned by M&J Wilkow, is located at 1000-1100 East Warrenville Road in the Naperville Woods Office Center.
According to a press statement, the firm will vacate about 150,000 square feet of office space in Aurora when it relocates. Hallmark chose Naperville Woods for, among other things, its access to the East-West Tollway, dual fiber-optics feeds, high electrical capacity and access to labor resources. Previously, Hallmark Services became familiar with the location and ownership after leasing 52,000 square feet on a temporary basis at the Naperville Woods earlier in the year.
