INVESCO sheds Texas industrial complex

Brokerage Holliday Fenoglio Fowler L.P. recently closed the sale of City Park East, an industrial complex totaling 882,232 square feet in Houston, Texas.

An unnamed pension fund advisor purchased City Park East from INVESCO Real Estate free and clear of debt for an undisclosed amount.

City Park East consists of five properties that were fully leased to Exel Logistics at the time of sale. Situated on nearly 36 acres, the properties are located at 8503, 8607, 8609, 8711 and 8833 City Park Loop at the intersection of North Loop 610 and McCarty Street in the northeast industrial submarket of Houston.

According to a press statement, Exel Logistics has occupied the buildings for more than 20 years.
