Sale closes on S.F. Bay Area warehouse

Brokerage Lee & Associates today announced the sale of a large warehouse in Hayward, Calif., for a price of $9.8 million.

An unidentified Southern California investor purchased the 6.8-acre property from an unidentified seller.

The warehouse, which totals 101,000 square feet, is located at 3528 Arden Road. The building features 28-foot clear ceiling heights, sprinklers and truck parking.

At the time of sale, the property was leased to Alexander's Moving and Storage.
