Wesco Properties buys Dallas apartments

Wesco Properties has announced the acquisition and planned rehabilitation of Country Club Apartments in Dallas.

The value of the acquisition was not disclosed.

The 9.71-acre site is located in Mesquite, close to the Dallas Fort Worth Airport and Garland, with easy access to I-635 and I-30.

Wesco Properties said it plans to undertake a complete renovation of the 273-unit site. Upcoming attractions include: day spa including a state-of-the-art fitness center, tanning bed and sauna, business center, and an upscale, contemporary clubhouse with plasma TVs and coffee bar.
