Bed Bath & Beyond buys headquarters
Move part of company's corporate expansion
By Inman News, Tuesday, March 25, 2008.Retailer Bed Bath & Beyond recently purchased a 176,600-square-foot warehouse and office building in Union, N.J., for an undisclosed price.
Breeze-Eastern Corp. sold the property.
Bed Bath & Beyond, which also owns an adjacent building, will use the new space for its headquarters and plans to completely retrofit the warehouse space into corporate offices.
Founded in 1971, Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. is a chain of more than 800 superstores selling domestics merchandise and home furnishings.
