Westcore buys manufacturing site for $24M

Westcore Properties LLC has acquired a 455,750-square-foot manufacturing building in Charlotte, N.C., a press statement announced today.

Sold by Flextronics International USA Inc. for nearly $24.8 million, the property is situated on 51 acres at 6800 Solectron Drive.

Flextronics, which provides engineering and manufacturing services to makers of automotive, consumer digital and medical products, will continued to occupy the building, according to the statement.
