Nightly real estate rates dip
30-year fixed rate at 5.68%; 10-year Treasury yield at 3.46%
By Inman News, Thursday, March 27, 2008.Long-term mortgage interest rates were lower Wednesday, and the benchmark 10-year Treasury bond yield sank to 3.46 percent.
The 30-year fixed-rate average dipped to 5.68 percent, and the 15-year fixed rate slipped to 5.2 percent. The 1-year adjustable rate, however, rose to 5.46 percent.
The 30-year Treasury bond yield was up at 4.31 percent.
