SoCal office building slated for conversion
New name in works for facility

Venture Corp., based in northern California, has acquired a class A office building in Woodland Hills, Calif., where it plans to convert suites into for-sale office condominiums.
Locally based Ashrad LLC, a consumer electronics trading company, sold the building for $14.2 million.
The property, located at 5900 Canoga Ave., is a four-story, 46,244-square-foot, multitenant office building that was built in 1979.
Venture Corp. plans to refurbish the property with renovations and dub the new space Venture Warner Center.
