By Jessica Swesey, Thursday, March 6, 2008.While the big news at Inman News this week has been the launch of our new Web site, we've also had some other changes, including moving our headquarters to a new office.
As many readers know, pretty much anything that can go wrong during a move usually does go wrong. Today, we learned that we will not have access to our phone system for a few more days.
We wanted to let readers, customers and members know how they can reach us during this time. You can definitely send us e-mail to the appropriate addresses, and we've set up temporary phone numbers for the following departments:
Editorial department: (510) 220-8469
Customer service: (510) 230-8447
Emergency: If you can't get through to either of those two lines, please call (510) 910-9345.
It's been a huge and tough week at Inman News, and we thank all of our readers and customers for bearing with us as we've dealt with the shakiness of a new Web site. Despite the hiccups, we're very pleased with the outcome so far and hope you are too.
We're still accepting feedback about the new site at beta@inman.com. We appreciate all the feedback that's come in so far.

I love the clean look of the new site, being able to hook up with others easily, and being in the company of such incredibly brilliant fans of Inman - - and on top of all of that, the Inman news! No complaints here. Still don't know how to get my website in my signature...

I've been a fan of Inman News for years. Your new site text & graphics are easy to read and navigate and I love the Community options. Looking forward to getting to know many people here over time. Congratulations on all of your new moves! I have a feeling those who really love you aren't phased at all by the little hiccups, hang in there and thanks for staying in touch about it.

Thanks everyone for the support. I think in all, the pros have definitely outweighed the cons so we're in good shape. We have some really great voices coming to the Community section too and are so excited to keep pushing the envelope to bring you the future of real estate.
