30-year fixed rate at 5.67%; 10-year Treasury yield at 3.41%

Long-term mortgage interest rates came down Monday, and the benchmark 10-year Treasury bond yield fell to 3.41 percent.

The 30-year fixed-rate average sank to 5.67 percent, and the 15-year fixed rate dipped to 5.19 percent. The 1-year adjustable rate, however, jumped to 5.52 percent.

The 30-year Treasury bond yield was down at 4.29 percent.
