Rhode Island apartments sell to LLC

A gated apartment community in Middletown, R.I., recently sold to a limited liability company for a price of more than $19.6 million, brokerage Marcus & Millichap announced today.

Northland Middletown LLC bought the Northgate Apartments from Middletown Taragon LLC. The property includes 179 units and 159,222 square feet of space.

Located at 3 Admiralty Drive, the apartment community consists of 14 buildings situated on a 15.58-acre lot. The unit mix includes one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, ranging in size from 712 square feet to 1,075 square feet.
