Occupancy high at closing

Cohen Cos. sold a nine-building mixed-use portfolio in Lanham, Md., for a price of $68 million, brokerage Transwestern announced today.
The property, Washington Business Park, comprises 565,991 square feet in two office buildings and seven flex buildings.
BECO Management Inc. purchased the 47.6-acre property at 89 percent occupancy. Among the tenants were CACI Enterprise Solutions, Verizon Directories Services and Science Applications.
