Shaw Group leases more than 300,000 square feet

Transwestern on Wednesday announced that it negotiated a 312,564-square-foot lease renewal and expansion at 1430 Enclave Parkway in Houston between the building owner, Piedmont Office Realty Trust, and the tenant, Shaw Group Inc.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

The six story, class A office building is located within the Enclave Office Park, which is south of the intersection of Eldridge Parkway and Interstate 10. The Enclave Office Park is located within Houston's Energy Corridor.

The Shaw Group is a global provider of technology, engineering, procurement, construction, maintenance, fabrication, manufacturing, consulting, remediation and facilities management services for government and private sector clients in the energy, chemicals, environmental, infrastructure and emergency response markets.
