N. Virginia tenants expand offices

Normandy Real Estate Partners today announced 65,000 square feet of recent leasing activity in the Washington, D.C., area.

In Chantilly, Va., AOC Solutions Inc., an e-commerce and data management company for the government and private sector, expanded and extended its current lease at Glenview II to 20,000 square feet. Also at Glenview II, Keller Williams Realty Inc., an international real estate company with more than 600 offices in the United States and Canada, leased 6,785 square feet of office space.
