REIT bags Nutfield complex
Site leased to health care provider at closing

Grubb & Ellis Healthcare REIT Inc. this week announced the acquisition of Nutfield Professional Center, a medical office building consisting of 22 office condominiums in the Manchester-suburb of Derry, N.H.
The REIT paid an unidentified party an undisclosed amount for the asset.
Located at 44 Birch St., Nutfield Professional Center consists of approximately 70,000 square feet of gross leaseable area. Built in 1963, it was renovated in 1990 and again in 1996.
At the time of sale, the property was master-leased to HCA Health Services of New Hampshire Inc., a subsidiary of Hospital Corp. of America Inc., one of the largest for-profit health systems in the United States.
