Transwestern brokers sale of 20111 Century Blvd.
Office site boasts no vacancy

A limited liability company recently paid $5 million for a single-story office building in Germantown, Md., brokerage Transwestern announced on Thursday.
20111 Century Boulevard LLC acquired the property from Century South Investors LLC at a price that represented $237 per square foot.
The single-story building, recently built in 2003, totals 21,108 square feet. At the time of sale it was fully leased, including 77 percent occupancy by credit tenants Davita Inc. and the Stephen Gould Corp.
