HomeGain launches AgentView marketing platform

Real estate technology brief

Inman News®

Real estate technology and marketing company HomeGain this week launched AgentView, a subscription-based online marketing platform that allows agents to promote for-sale property information, their profiles, blog postings and local information in an agent-branded diplay on the HomeGain.com site.

Consumers can view agent and multiple listing service property information in a list form and also view properties on an interactive map. Tabs at the top of the listing display allow consumers to choose to view home valuations, the agent's blog or profile, and community information such as household size, average income, and average commute time in a given area, among other data. The marketing platform is free of advertising content and the subscription cost starts at $29 per month per ZIP code area.

I agree........hopefully it is worth the money, unlike their "Source 4 Sellers" program.......totally worthless.........

HomeGains slogan says it all "Your business is our business" Whenever I read that all I can picture is someone taking my business. The long hand reaches into the wallet for another 29 bucks.
When, oh when will the local, state and antional associations get it together and use the power that the web provides and create the only public facing property listing site that anyone will ever look at.
HomeGain is a consortium of newspaper publishers that when seeing their ad dollars shrink developed a new online presence. The classifieds are gone in most areas thanks to Craig Newmark. $29 bucks a zip code. There are thirty zipcodes in San Francisco. But i'ts a bargin at when compared to the $2,000 it cost to be one of four to own a single zip code from Realtor.com.

Give the data to the public and do away with the middleman. I'd rather the money went to our associations for political and philanthropic uses.

I think HomeGain at least attempts to offer decent tools for Realtors and Consumers. Other companies just rip you off from the get-go.
