Not sure what to think about all of these "Most Influential" lists but what caught my attention is that only 20% or so of the people on the list are female. Seems out of whack in an industry where women make up more than 50% of the ranks. What gives?

Add Greg Swann to the list--founder of Bloodhound Blog which was the most cutting edge, confrontational and mavericky in the evolution of real estate 2.0 trends from which others on this list such as Jay Thompson and Todd Carpenter were later ramifications thereof....
Also add Morgan Carey --President or CEO of Real Estate Webmasters which has the most dominant realtor websites in most markets for lead generation.
