Help-U-Sell goes mobile
Launches site with 'intelligent search,' calculators
By Inman News, Monday, February 15, 2010.Smartphone-carrying consumers can now search for property listings from franchise company Help-U-Sell Real Estate through its new proprietary mobile Web site, the company announced.
The site, helpusell.mobi, offers property and office search functions, mortgage and affordability calculators, the latest Help-U-Sell news, and an inquiry form. Under the property search function, the site also allows for an "intelligent search" in which consumers can type in what kind of home they are looking for -- i.e., San Francisco, CA with 3 beds.
"The mobi site is very useful for buyers who see a Help-U-Sell sign in their favorite neighborhood. They can quickly access information directly from their phone," said John Powell, the company's chief operating officer.
The site's debut comes on the heels of the company's release of a mapping application that uses Google Maps to show consumers Help-U-Sell listings across the country. For directions on how to access the application, click here.
