Home improvement tips for saving money, energy
The Wheel Estate Cam: Episode 25
By Frank Borges LLosa, Friday, May 21, 2010.

Episode 25: From energy-saving lightbulbs to a silent-close toilet seat, real estate broker Frank LLosa offers up a tour of some low-cost home-improvement products in action.
LED (light-emitting diode) and CFL (compact fluorescent) lighting, while more expensive than traditional lighting, can save money in the long run, he notes.
He also discusses push-button door entry, "warm" Dura Ceramic tiles, paint with very low VOCs (volatile organic compounds) and a water alarm, among other products.
