ActiveRain offers 'virtual office' tour

ActiveRain Corp.'s online campus and real estate training arm, ActiveRain University, will provide a peek behind the scenes Thursday at a startup brokerage that employs a virtual office model.

Virtual office brokerage eXp Realty, formerly BuyerTours Realty LLC, is based in Bellingham, Wash., and represents clients in Arizona, Arkansas, Oregon, California, Indiana, Florida, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Texas and Washington state.

The company claims it's tech-savvy, with a focus on online lead generation, branding and customer-to-agent relationship building, offering 80/20 splits to agents and a suite of marketing and productivity tools.

ActiveRain University, which offers free training and classes to "RainMaker" members of the ActiveRain Network, will conduct a live webinar and online tour of eXp Realty at 10 a.m. Pacific time Thursday.

The tour vill include a look at eXp Realty's virtual conference rooms, lobby and "virtual private offices." The tour is free for RainMaker members, but advance registration is required.
