Well, I have great news for you: There is a cool new tool available on the Web, and it has more than 30 real estate flier templates that you can customize. The best part? It’s 100 percent free for you to use.

I know that when it comes to graphic design, too many options make my creations look like a 3-year-old went nuts with some crayons on a piece of paper. With this tool, I can create stunning designs in just moments. Here’s a quick video on how to use Canva to create fliers:
Step 1: Log in and select “real estate flier.”
This step is pretty straightforward. You navigate over to Canva and sign up for a free account. What you’ll see after you log in is a selection screen. You’ll want to select “real estate flier.” This will load up another screen where you can start designing your advertisement.
Step 2: Customize your template and print.
After you select “real estate flier,” you’ll be at a screen where there are templates on the left. Just choose the model that works the best for you. At last count, they had more than 30 templates.
As you can see, you just scroll down on the left side until you find the template you want.
Next, you just have to upload your images and drag them over the images you want to replace. This process is very easy with Canva’s drag-and-drop technology.
Finally, you can edit the text. Don’t forget to add text that includes your name, phone number, address and email address. You may also want to add your website URL at the bottom of the flier.
That’s it! Now, you click the download button at the top of the screen and print your flier.
The fliers are all formatted for a standard 8.5-by-11-inch layout, which makes them perfect for printing. You might want to purchase nicer paper or even print them out on colored paper.
These fliers are a great way to stun the visitors that come to your open houses! Some of the designs the program contains are an awesome upgrade from what you’d typically find at an open house.
