We launched a new version of www.HawaiiLife.com. Bounce rate is down to 14.5% (from 18.2%). Conversion rate is up to 2.4% (from 1.7%).

We've been working through a lot of bugs and would appreciate any feedback that will help us improve the site.

I'm really interested to get feedback on the galleries section, www.hawaiilife.com/galleries/. We've been getting really positive feedback and we're thinking about taking this design and making it the main search.

99acres.com is India's largest real estate website...having around 10000 brokers/realtors), 3000 builders/developers as current paid customers...we also have around 25000 owners/individuals putting up their listings (but only a fraction of them pay...they list for free). Our revenue model is pure-play media model...where clients pay for listing, display advertising & mailer/sms campaigns. We charge an upfront fee for advertising...no lead-based or conversion-based model.

I'll appreciate if people can take out some time and review the site.
