Greg Tracy

Greg Tracy began his real estate career in 1993 with Coldwell Banker in Salt lake City, Utah. After five years of selling he moved to Boulder, Colorado, where he managed a large real estate office for Better Homes and Gardens.

In 1998 he moved to the San Francisco area where he managed one of the top producing real estate offices in the country for Prudential California Realty.

In 2001 Mr Tracy moved back to the Salt Lake area and sold real estate again before becoming managing broker for a large Coldwell Banker office.

In 2006 Mr Tracy founded BlueRoof Real Estate and BlueRoof.com. After writing 150 contracts in the first 153 days, BlueRoof Real Estate was acquired by Prudential Utah Real Estate.

In March 2008, Mr Tracy founded BlueRoof360, a real estate technology company that offers custom websites, intranet and lead management systems for real estate professionals, brokers and brokerages.

Throughout his career, Mr Tracy has been the top recruiting manager for three seperate real estate companies, a top producing agent, and has conducting training events and seminars for real estate professionals and brokers in several states.
